The 3M™ Hookit™ Blue Abrasive Sheet Rolls is bonded using upgraded resins for enhanced durability. Sheet rolls are available in a wide range of grades. The sheets are perforated, which makes it easy to choose desired lengths for hand files or blocks without fold-over for reduced product waste. Dust Extraction Features Enhance Abrasive Life The multi-hole pattern on this sheet roll is specially designed to capture dust and keep it away from the abrasive surface. This specially-designed hole pattern reduces loading and extracts dust more efficiently compared to standard hole configurations. An anti-loading coating across the abrasive surface helps keep dust from gathering between the abrasive grains for a faster cut and for consistent performance throughout the life of the sheet. Our Hookit™ Attachment System The Hookit™ attachment system has a hook-and-loop feature which makes sheet attachment, removal, and re-attachment clean and easy. It also facilitates use and re-use of the sheet for maximum product life. Hookit™ sheets have a brushed nylon loop backing of the type most commonly used in everyday hook-and-loop applications. A range of Hookit™ file boards and blocks, such as the 3M™ Hookit™ Sanding Block Dust Free PN 05208 or 3M™ Hookit™ Hand Block PN 05741 (both sold separately), feature hooks which grip the brushed nylon loop backing. It’s simple: just attach the sheet and start sanding. The sheet removes just as cleanly and easily.
